At King of Cards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
